We are friends and colleagues who came together in 2024 with a vision of buying one or more small businesses to manage, grow, and help achieve success. We come from varied backgrounds, including private equity, law, and tech. But our north star is quality, not flash. We are focused on core services businesses that fulfill essential business and consumer needs, that are recession- and e-commerce resistant, and that convey a high degree of confidence in perennial profitability. Our target profile is businesses with up to $2m of annual operating profit, and we use a combination of self-funded and outside investor equity + debt to fund our investments.
